The
Ritual of Thermal Mud & Thermal Bath Treedosha®
First, oil with plant and spice essences is applied by
hand, then the mud is slowly spread on the body at a temperature of
37°-38° C. The treatment varies from 15 to 20 minutes. At the
end of the mud therapy, after a shower, a thermal bath enriched by
essences will take place.
The result is a wonderful physical and mental wellbeing. The
ritual continues by being wrapped in a soft, warm bathrobe and
then you relax at least half an hour during the sudoriferous
reaction, at the swimming pool or in your own room, while sipping
Ayurvedic infusion. The ‘rebirth’ will end with a massotherapy
combined with an Ayurvedic treatment that will relax, drain,
and tone.
This is how the traditional mud therapy becomes a moment of
total health: being in contact with your body, your mind, and your
spirit, reaching a total harmony so sought after in our rushed and
