Hotel Torretta is situated only a few minutes walk from the town centre and Montecatini's
renowned spas and overlooks the thermal park and sport facilities. It offers an outdoor
heated swimming pool, lying in its own gardens, as well as private parking facilities and
several reading rooms. The hotel serves excellent typical Tuscan food, but also caters for
special diets on request. It enjoys a friendly atmosphere, as it is family run, and proud
of the individual attention it dedicates to its guests. It is a charming base for those
who wish to take advantage of the spa programs Montecatini is so famous for. For those who wish to really enjoy a true Tuscan experience we also own a typical Tuscan farmhouse, named "I Cipressini" set amongst olive groves, from which you can admire some of the most magnificent views and where you can organize language, painting or cooking courses, olive oil tasting's and get-togethers. The farmhouse is several hundred years old and has recently been completely restored to appear as it was once upon a time. The property, comprised of 400 olive trees, chestnut woods, as well as the farm house, is owned currently by the Simoncini family. The farm house is easily reached by car, four Kms. from the Hotel Torretta , or by funicular to Montecatini Alto, a charming ancient town up on a hill overlooking Montecatini. |
